“User” refers to any individual or entity using the Service to list a car for sale.
“Listing” refers to the information, images, and other content related to a car that a User posts on the Service.
Free Listings:
All users can list their cars on the Service without any upfront charge.
Sale Fees:
For cars that successfully sell through the platform with a sale price less than £150,000, a fee of £350.00 (three hundred and fifty pounds) plus the applicable VAT will be charged to the User.
For cars that successfully sell through the platform with a sale price of £150,000 or more, a fee of £700.00 (seven hundred pounds) plus the applicable VAT will be charged to the User.
Payment of Fees:
All fees are payable upon the successful sale of a car through the Service.
Users agree to pay the applicable fee within 7 days of the car sale.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Specific details and instructions for payments will be provided upon the successful sale of a car.
Listing Content:
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of their listings.
The Service reserves the right to remove or edit listings that are found to be false, misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of any laws or regulations.
Liability:
The Service acts as a platform to connect sellers with potential buyers. It is not involved in the actual transaction between the two parties.
The Service shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or issues arising from transactions initiated through the platform.
Changes to Terms:
The Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated terms.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
