Overview

Porsche increased the performance from the Boxster GTS to the 4.0 version. The engine is borrowed from the Boxster Spyder and Cayman GT4 to make a none-limited version of high performance Boxster. The 4.0 engine is the only way to go back to a flat-six engine, rather than the smaller flat-four in the 718 Boxster. This model has all of the performance features you would want, including the PASM sports suspension, lowering the ride by 20mm over the standard Boxster. A high quality GTS interior is standard and comes with 20-inch 718 Sport Wheels, which is a unique design over the repurposed 911 wheels normally found in other models. This is only just behind the stats of the Boxster Spyder, with a 0-62mph time of just 4.5 seconds.
