Overview
Only the second Cayman to get the GTS derivative, which means better performance, more power and stunning looks. The GTS can be distinguished from the other Cayman models due to it’s dark accents all around. The power increase is from 350hp to 365hp, which translates to 0-62mph in just 3.9 seconds with PDK and Launch Control, and a top speed of 180mph. As per the previous GTS, the 718 has 20-inch 911 Carrera S 10-spoke wheels in Satin Black. When giving an overview of the Cayman, it is challenging to not compare it to the 911, however this generation is entirely it’s own model. The mid-engine drive in the GTS is near impossible to beat for a mid-engine sports car of a similar price. Matched with a beautiful Alcantara race-seats and sporty interior, with stitching accents in red or grey and carbon fibre trim. The body sits 10mm lower, allowing it to tackle corners more ferociously with increased stability. If opted for the Porsche Active Sport Suspension Management, the body will sit a total of 20mm lower than the Cayman S, with stiffer anti-roll bars and shorter springs for true cornering performance.
