Overview
Accompanying the launch of the 992 Carrera/Carrera 4, came the “S” model. This is the sportier and more performance related Carrera that has an additional 64hp making this 443hp and 390lb-ft torque, meaning that this 911 can rocket to 0-60mph in as little as just 3.4 seconds in the Carrera 4S, or with the Sports Chrono Package just 3.2 seconds. To put this into perspective, the previous gen 991 GT3 had a 0-60 time of 3.4 seconds with the PDK. You know when buying a Porsche 911 that you are buying a sports car, but the new generation is a seriously impressive vehicle in what is even consider one of the relatively “standard” models. It is clear that this Porsche wants you to completely rethink what you know about the 911 Carrera.
