Overview
There aren’t many cars that are as exciting as a Porsche 911 GT3, and the 992 lives up to it’s ancestry. One feature that makes this stand-out as the 992, is the “swan-neck” GT rear wing. As expected, the stats are impressive from the GT3; top speed of 198mph, and 0-62mph in just 3.4 seconds.
There are design features that makes the GT3 stand-out, with a large black front splitter, radiator and air-intake. On the hood, you will find 2 vent slits that help sculpt that track design. On the rear of the vehicle, the stand-out design is seen in the rear vents, central twin exhausts and the moulded rear spoiler and rear wing. On the GT3 Touring, there is no spoiler lip or wing. However, there is a large vent sitting above the rear engine that has “GT3” logo with it.
Both standard GT3 and the Touring have 510PS and a similar top speed (199mph Touring), however due to the difference in the aerodynamics, the GT3 Touring has a slower 0-62mph time at 3.9 seconds.
