Overview
In the previous gen Cayman (987), Porsche dabbled with faster and better versions such as the Cayman R, or Cayman S Sport. In the 981, they have aligned the Cayman’s identity to join with other models in the range (ie 911 Carrera ‘GTS’). The Cayman GTS was born and firstly – it looks fantastic. The GTS stands out from previous Cayman’s, as it has newly designed large air intakes on the front end which gives it a more aggressive look, matched nicely with the smoked daytime running lights. Before this, one key design element of Cayman’s were the circular fog lights, which have been replaced with a more attractive LED strip. The GTS sits nicely on 20-inch alloys as standard to increase grip and drivability.
The Cayman GTS can get you from 0-60mph in just 4.3 seconds with the PDK and Sports Chrono. The increase in power takes the engine to 340hp and 380Nm torque.
